The 4th annual Chippewa Valley Sustainable Future Festival scheduled for September 12, 2015 has been postponed until 2016 because participation of exhibitors and presenters is too low to ensure a high caliber festival the Chippewa Valley deserves.

The event, hosted by Eau Claire County UW-Extension, was called off Thursday afternoon by the planning committee because the lack of participation needs to be addressed. As a committee we’re examining the event and looking to improve upon our model based on our successes. The festival was scheduled to take place at the Forest Street Park, Eau Claire, Wisconsin from 10am-4pm.

Thank you to those that signed up to participate in this year’s festival. We look forward to redesigning how the Chippewa Valley Sustainable Future Festival highlights our community’s amazing talents.
